My practice of work is grounded in authenticity, belonging, and community
for individuals, teams, and workplaces.
I speak on the future of work, authenticity, community, and leadership. Whether in a larger keynote address or a workshop, my goal is to leave you inspired to work better. I facilitate retreats with small groups and work teams on issues of strategy, management, and team cohesiveness. Just as important to me, sharing how best to take your next career step, telling your professional story, and negotiating well throughout the process.
Whether at entrepreneurial start-up organizations, like Luminary, or intrapreneurial teams embedded within larger organizations, I develop successful programs, frameworks, systems, and partnerships anchored by a strong equity and inclusion lens and a belief that we can make the proverbial pie bigger together.
I am a coach and strategist, as well as a certified CliftonStrengths coach, who helps you give voice to your professional story and goals. I am invested in your professional success through career transitions, the job search, navigating the last weeks of your current role, or the first months of a new one.
As an adjunct assistant professor at NYU Wagner, I teach courses on management and leadership, workplace effectiveness, and career development focused on understanding yourself, teams, and relation to work. I teach students in the classroom and online.
